Our proposal

• We offer the possibility of accommodating all Your guests in one place, the site where the Wedding would take place – gives You the possibility of spending more time with Your Guests
• We can help arrange flight tickets for You and Your guests should You so desire
• Transportation to and from the airport will of course also be arranged
• We can help find and book a suitable church for the ceremony, should You be planning to have the ceremony here in Poland, however please do note that it is rather difficult to find an English speaking Priest, we recommend You come with Your own Priest.
• Once we have part of the details discussed remotely, we would invite You to fly over for a visit and inspection of the proposed site and discuss final arrangements, typically we would invite You for lunch where You’d taste sample dishes of what could be served at Your Wedding at the site where the Wedding would be planned, so You can inspect the premises freely and feel free to forward any thoughts or suggestions that may appear. From experience we feel that this works best for both sides, helps avoid misunderstandings and unexpected situations.
• Before hand we would of course send You a questionnaire which would include amongst others questions concerning Your requirements as to food and beverages for You and Your Guests i.e.:
  • Do You expect a traditional English menu ? if so please do let us know what are Your preferences as to dishes ?
  • How many courses do You intend for Yourselves and Your guests ? will it be a breakfast ? and a Dinner ? finger buffets ?
  • Are You willing to try some traditional Polish Wedding dishes that we will provide as sample treats for You at our preliminary meeting on site.
  • What about beverages ? Are You willing to pay for alcohol for Your guests, or will it be soft drinks only ?
  • Should we provide a bar where the guests will be able to buy their own choice of alcohol ?
  • What are You preferences ? alcoholic colourful drinks ? wine ? beer ? stronger alcohols ? polish vodka ?
• We of course can also arrange a photographer for the whole event as well as a professional who would make a movie of the most memorable moments saved on DVD or other format.
• We can propose music in the form of a band, or DJ or both or make some other arrangements most suited to Your needs.
• We can also propose additional attractions such as: midnight fireworks, a picnic breakfast next morning at a lovely spot, or perhaps a barbeque. A one day excursion to a chosen historical site … the possibilities are many.
• Should You wish it we could extend Your stay or even help You with spending a lovely honeymoon here in Poland. For those of You who are tired of the everyday rush and noise and would like to get closer to nature and experience the peace and quiet that comes with it, mixed together with excursions i.e. hiking, biking, kayaking, fishing, or just a walk in the forest, perhaps a mushroom or blueberry hunt. Thanks to the variety offered by the Polish landscape i.e. lakes, mountains, forests, the Baltic sea, not to mention the historical sites, the possibilities of having a good time are numerous.

 
The above are just a sample of the things to be discussed and the possibilities to be offered, just to give You a feeling of how the whole process will be managed.

Notes

• We are a Wedding services bureau and not a tourist bureau, therefore we can assist but cannot extend payment nor book flight on Your behalf and the behalf of Your guests. However we can assist in that we find the cheapest and most efficient way to get to the Wedding site. In the case of a large group of people we can help negotiate appropriate ticket prices.
• Please note that we do not cater for travelling medical insurance, You and Your guests should have valid medical tourist insurance, otherwise should the need arise You may be forced to pay rather large sums of money for any medical assistance You may require
